Booking a Consultation

It’s easy to get your project underway.

First, there's a brief chat to discuss what you're looking for and ensure it feels like a good fit. Then, you can book your 90-minute consultation - either in your home across the South Hams, or from the comfort of your sofa via Zoom.

Emma works with you to understand how you live, what you love and what your space needs to feel right. Together, you'll explore natural materials, softer lighting solutions and styling choices that create a genuinely holistic environment. Interior ideas that are beautiful and support how you want to feel at home.

Following the consultation, Emma creates a bespoke mood board tailored to your room, bringing your vision to life with carefully curated recommendations that prioritise aesthetics and wellness in equal measure. ( Depending on which Design Package you choose )

Colour & Character Consultation

  • 1 room focus (bedroom, living room, entryway, etc.)

  • 60–90 min online consultation (Zoom or Google Meet or in person)

  • Room colour palette

  • A layout suggestion (furniture placement and accessories)

  • Styling tips for:

  • A short PDF recap they can keep

Property Review & Consultation

(usually 1.5–2 hours)

Assessment of the property from a guest perspective:

Review your Airbnb / listing photos if applicable.

Guest-Focused Design Plan

You receive a clear upgrade plan including:

• Recommended colour scheme
• Paint finishes for durability
• Furniture layout improvements
• Lighting upgrades
• Styling direction
• Guest experience improvements (mirrors, hooks, storage etc.)

The goal is a property that feels:

  • brighter

  • more cohesive

  • more “holiday ready”

Paint Refresh

(This is not included in the Design fee but the decorating consultation is included.)

Typical improvements include:

• fresh neutral palette
• feature walls for character
• brightening darker rooms
• updating tired colour schemes

This alone often transforms listing photos.

Styling Plan & Shopping List

We will provide a curated sourcing list including:

• cushions and throws
• lamps
• artwork
• rugs
• bedding
• simple decor accents

All selected to photograph well online.

Photo-Ready Styling

Once decorating is finished, we will return to:

• style the rooms
• position furniture
• dress beds and sofas
• create visual focal points

The aim is Airbnb-ready photography.

Fee’s

  • £1,350 for up to 2 rooms
    £1,850 for 3–4 rooms

  • Yes! Emma offers virtual consultations via Zoom, so you can work with her from anywhere. You'll get the same thorough consultation and detailed mood board as in-person clients.
