Quotations are based on the information provided and a site inspection where applicable
We reserve the right to revise quotations if site conditions differ from those originally assessed

4. Booking and Payment Terms

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule works due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be provided

Provide clear access to all areas requiring work
Remove or protect valuable items and furniture as agreed
Ensure pets are secured away from work areas
Inform us of any hazardous materials or specific property conditions
Ensure payment is made according to agreed terms
7. Our Responsibilities
We will:
Carry out all work in a professional and workmanlike manner
Use reasonable care to minimise disruption and protect your property
Maintain appropriate public and employers' liability insurance
Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations
Clean work areas upon completion
8. Variations to Work
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing and may result in adjustments to the quoted price and timeline.
9. Warranty and Liability
